Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Inkage Atelier! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and products provided by us, including signage, LED neon, large format printing, stickers, laser cutting, 3D lettering and creative design services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or order form).
  • A deposit of 50% is required before production starts. Balance payment must be made upon collection/delivery/installation.
  • Prices given are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Design & Artwork

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and content.
  • We can help with design, but once approved, the final responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Colours on screens may look slightly different from final printed/produced items.
  • Any extra design revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production time depends on project size and will be informed during quotation.
  • Delays caused by late submission of artwork, approvals, or payments are not our responsibility.
  • Delivery/installation dates are estimated and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, supplier delays).

4. Installation

  • For projects that include installation, the customer must ensure the site is ready (e.g. wall surface, power supply).
  • Additional charges may apply if extra work is needed on-site.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by poor site conditions or third-party contractors.

5. Laser Engraving

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the material provided for engraving is suitable. We will not be liable for damages if the supplied material reacts unexpectedly during engraving.
  • Engraving results may vary depending on the type, finish and consistency of the material. Slight variations in depth, colour or texture are normal and not considered defects.
  • Once engraving has been carried out, it cannot be reversed. Inkage Atelier is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, spelling, or content.
  • Customers who provide their own items for engraving do so at their own risk. We will take utmost care, but we are not liable for damage to customer-supplied items.

6. 3D Printing

  • All 3D printed products are subject to material limitations and may have minor layer lines, surface variations or colour differences. These are inherent characteristics of 3D printing and not considered defects.
  • Customers must review and approve the 3D model/design before production. Inkage Atelier is not responsible for functional or dimensional issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer-supplied files.
  • Strength, durability, and heat resistance vary by material. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm suitability of the chosen material for its intended use.
  • Items printed using customer-supplied designs may only be reproduced if the customer owns or has proper rights to the design. Inkage Atelier reserves the right to refuse any print request that infringes on intellectual property.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • We use high-quality materials, but natural wear and tear, weather damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product/service provided. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of sales or income.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Designs created by Inkage Atelier remain our property until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to display completed projects (photos/videos) in our portfolio or social media for marketing purposes.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
  • If there is a defect caused by us, we will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.

10. General Terms

  • Inkage Atelier reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Malaysian law applies to these Terms and any disputes will be handled under Malaysian jurisdiction.

11. Language & Translation

  • Our webpage may be provided in multiple languages for customer convenience.
  • In the event of any inconsistency or mistranslation between the English version and another language, the English version shall prevail and be considered the final and binding version.
