What types of signage do you offer?

Do you provide design services or should I bring my own design?
Both! You can share your design with us or our creative team can help design something unique and tailored to your brand.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Small items like stickers can be ready in a few days, while custom signage may take 1 to 3 weeks. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before starting.
Do you handle installation?
Yes, we provide full installation services for signage to make sure everything is set up securely and looks perfect.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, durable materials that ensure your signs not only look great but also stand the test of time, whether indoors or outdoors.
Can you create custom sizes and shapes?
Absolutely. Everything we do is custom-made to fit your brand’s needs, from size and shape to finish and lighting style.
Laser Engraving FAQs
What materials can you engrave on?
We can engrave on wood, glass, leather, coated metals, and some plastics. If you’re unsure about your material, please check with us first.
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes, you can! However, engraving is done at your own risk as we cannot guarantee how every material will react to the process.
Will the engraving colour always be the same?
No, the engraving result depends on the material’s composition and surface finish. For example, wood may produce darker or lighter marks depending on the grain.
Can engraving mistakes be corrected?
Unfortunately, engraving is permanent and cannot be reversed. That’s why we require customers to carefully check and approve artwork before we proceed.
Do you offer bulk engraving for corporate gifts?
Yes! We gladly accept both small and large orders for items such as plaques, awards, name tags and corporate gifts.
3D Printing FAQs
What kind of items can you 3D print?
We can print prototypes, models, decorative items, customized parts and many more.
What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We currently offer PLA material only, which is suitable for indoor use.
Will the printed item look smooth like an injection-moulded product?
As we are using FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printer, 3D printed items may show fine layer lines and surface textures. These are natural characteristics of the process, but post-finishing (like sanding or painting) can improve appearance.
Can I provide my own 3D file?
Yes, you can provide files in STL or OBJ format. Please ensure the file is accurate, as we are not responsible for design flaws in customer-supplied files.
How strong are 3D printed parts?
Strength depends on the chosen material and design. While suitable for many functional uses, 3D printed items may not match the durability of industrially manufactured products.
